Original Goal Met!
I was getting very frustrated that the scale was not moving, I had only lost 1 1/2 pounds over the past two weeks. Since Monday, I have lost 2.5 pounds and managed to pass my original goal of 150 lbs., I am actually 149.5. However, I still have several areas with lbs. to lose and changed my goal to 135lbs, I dont have much of a waist and am in size Medium shirts (10-12) and size 8 jeans. If I had a waist I could definately fit in a six. Hopefully, the additional 9.5 lbs will get me there. My surgeon said he would be happy with 153 lbs. for me but that isn't good enough, I want it all gone.
Funny thing, I had never dumped or been sick at my pouch till recently. It seems when I eat, I get a little queasy. It goes away fairly quickly but is still there. Is anyone else doing this?

I'm so happy for you! A little jealous too! How did you get the scale moving again? I want to be where you are in the worst way! I'm at 158.5 and stuck.

I was very happy to get that scale moving. I ate foods that weren't great for a couple of days and didn't do any working out then when back to normal. Low and Behold the scale started moving again. This is the second time I have broke a slow down this way. I guess it just plays games with my body and gets it moving again. Please remember, I am 30 years old, have had a hysterectomy (no horomones involved) and I have never had biological children (not sure if this makes any difference but it might). I have been so lucky and not really had any stalls, just a couple of weeks that I lost very slow. I was getting scared that was it for me but kept trying to tell myself that my body was just catching up, I had flab on my back and a little on my face and tummy that needs to go. Have you tried not caring for a day or two?
I hope the scale starts moving soon.
