Calories???

Hey guys I have been over here before b/c my date is the beginning of December so almost November! Anyways.. just curious how many cals a day you guys are consuming? Does 800-900 sounds about right? Thanks a lot! Hugs! ~Melissa

Melissa, If you are exercising as much as you say on your profile writeup. You are not consuming enough calories. My personal trainer told me I need at least 1000-1200 because I was working out so much. Your body will go in starvation mode, if you are not feeding it enough. It will hold on to everything you intake. So try increasing your calories, since you are working out. Donna

Sorry I can't help you.. I don't count my calories.. I just make sure I get my protein and my water in and watch the amount of carbs I intake as well... I probably should count my calories, but I don't and so far it is working for me.... LOL... Good Luck to you... Shawn M.

I have around 100 calories but my doctor said I can go up to 1200.

Hi, I do about 800, but I am not a good exerciser do to med problems. I make sure they are all protein, and good carbs that NUT says I must have to burn fat. Good to see ya girl!

Thanks everyone. I am going to ask my doc when I see him on June 19th for my 6 month appointment to be sure. I guess eating 800is (there are days I go a lil higher maybe 900-1000) but most days 800 is ok for now. But I am exercising so maybe I need to get closer to 1000, I have no idea. I will talk to them and keep it the same for now. Thanks so much!!!! You guys are doing terrific. I love seeing your Monday weekly weigh-ins by Britt! Way to go, you inspire me you guys!!!
