Calories???

If you are exercising as much as you say on your profile writeup. You are not consuming enough calories. My personal trainer told me I need at least 1000-1200 because I was working out so much. Your body will go in starvation mode, if you are not feeding it enough. It will hold on to everything you intake. So try increasing your calories, since you are working out.

I have around 100 calories but my doctor said I can go up to 1200.
Thanks everyone. I am going to ask my doc when I see him on June 19th for my 6 month appointment to be sure. I guess eating 800is (there are days I go a lil higher maybe 900-1000) but most days 800 is ok for now. But I am exercising so maybe I need to get closer to 1000, I have no idea.
