I hope you all had a wonderful weekend I especially hope all of you MOMS out there enjoyed your Mother's day. This weekend my surgeon hosted a 3 mile "DREAM WALK" along the boardwalk it was nice to celebrate our successes and exercise at the same time. (I posted 2 pictures on my profile from it)

This week = 173
Loss this week = 2
Total loss 77.5

I loved the new scale initially but now I'm not so sure. What I've discovered is that the weight is consistent but the other readings are not. It says that the percentage of body fat varies in the morning because of water weight. You have to weigh completely naked to get an accurate weight. I don't want to completely disrobe every day when I get home from work just to check my percentage of body fat. So...I'm not sure about the scale. I may be sending it back.

I'm doing well, keeping very busy, My foot surgery is next Thursday, I won't be able to walk for about a month, so please pray I don't gain next month.
Congrats on becoming OVERWEIGHT!!!! funny how we celebrate being "overweight" right?
Our goals are really close ...My goal is 142 and I have 31 more punds to get to my goal.
I didn't kmow you are having surgery foot surgery next week. Take your time and recovery ... then get back into your groove ... good luck!
