I'm HOME!

Hi guys, I am home from a wonderful vacation. We had a blast. Did all of the touristy things and some good shopping too! Charleston was fabulous. The history is so rich and the weather was wonderful. Now back to reality. Work resumes on Monday and I have to face the scale monster also. I was a BAD GIRL all week. Not enough protein and way, way too many carbs. I did manage to get my water in everyday though. I will let you know the verdict tomorrow. I refuse to hop on the scale this evening. Mornings are sooo much better to face the beast. LOL Anyway, I am glad to be home to my support group. I need you guys more than you probably know. Valorie

Welcome back Valorie! We missed you. It's hard to eat right when you travel but I'm sure you did better than you think. I'm leaving for Denver this Thursday so I get to test my traveling/eating skills again. At least this time I won't be stuck in meetings all day where I was a captive audience for whatever they decided to serve!

Welcome back. Glad you had a good time. It is so hard when you get out of your daily routine. It doesn;t take much for me to be swayed into eating bad things when they are available. Deb
