OMG..Where has the time gone??

Is it just me or is anyone else amazed how fast these past 5-6 months have gone by???? I was just talking to a friend the other day & she asked how long ago WLS was....it just shocked me a bit to realize that half a year has already gone by. This has been an amazing 5-6 months.... I can remember so well how back then I thought it was crazy to imagine being a normal size again & how terrified I was the 1st month that I was gonne be one of those people who this did NOT work for. Things are only getting better for us!!!!!

For me it was slow in the beginning, but has flown by the last few months. I worried it wouldn't work for me but now I'm worried about the opposite and going too low. I'm sure enjoying life now, though.

I totally agree I think this time has flown by. It's probably because we feel so much better and all the shopping has been amazing LOL Deb

Isn't that funny...I think we all kind of doubted if the surgery was going to work for us. It is wild that it has already been 6 months. It's weird to think that I would still be doing the supervised diet program if tried to get insurance to pay for the surgery. I'm so glad that we decided to bypass the insurance and pay for it ourselves.
