Starting weight = 250.5
last week = 177
this week = 175
weeks loss = 2
total loss = 75.5

Good morning, Britt and Everyone! I had such a great weekend at Daytona. I'm back at work this morning looking forward to a great week.
Starting weight: 234
Last week: I would rather not comment on last week! Lots of Fluid Retention. I weighed something different every day--and usually not in a good way.
Today: 162 (still have puffy fingers from fluid retention)
Total Loss: 72
I have just dropped a bunch in the last 2 weeks. Nearly 10 lbs. in the past 2 weeks. Kind of scary now that I'm at goal. I was looking at my chart that goes with my ticker. I was amazed.
Here is this week's stats.
Starting weight = 202
last week = 128
this week = 125 AT GOAL!!
weeks loss = 3
total loss = 77
