Topic: RE: What are your 1 year goals?
my one year goal is just like alot of you all I want to be down to my goal wich is 130. I have 8 pounds to go to get there. I was never given a goal by my docto. She says whereever I feel the best at. I have people telling my to stop now and I don't want to. I will not be at a normal bmi even at 130. Because I am only 4'11'. I should be at 115 to be normal. But I do think I look good at 130. So I might go to 120 who knows what I will do. Betty

Topic: RE: Sugar grams?
I was told no more than 2 grams per serving...unless it's a natural sugar. I stick with this guideline because I'm more afraid of tolerating sugar than I am dumping (which I technically haven't done "full throttle" yet...just the sleepies or tummyache).

Hi Jennifer, Thank you. WOW you look great yourself! The jump was so awesome that I'm looking into becoming a licensed skydiver. The season closes in about a month, so I probably won't be able to get my license until they reopen in March then I have to make 25 jumps by myself. So probably will get licensed sometime in April~Lord willing Take care of yourself Jennifer. God bless you, Annette

Thank you Carla. This has been an incredible journey. Ten months ago I could hardly walk or stand up. Now I feel like I'm alive for the first time in my life. I thank God for this surgery everyday. I truely feel this is a miracle. I have lost over 200 pounds~this is not a typo. I am so blessed~We are so blessed. Take care. May God bless you always. Annette
