Hello and Welcome Tanya. Congrats on your weight loss. I take Centrum Chewables (Orange Flavored) and they are not bad at all. Or you can take the Flinstone's chewables but you should probably take them 3x per day. MotherLove

HI! I take Centrum Advanced Formula Liquid Multi-vitamins. It cost around $7 or $8 dollars a bottle! The liquid is easier to get down and the taste is not that bad. Make sure you eat first before you take it. I take 1 tablespoon a day. Also, your body will asorb the liquid better than the pills. I take enough pills every day and if I can find another way to substitue pills I will. You can find it in most grocery stores or drug stores. Hope this helps. ki

Hello, My name is Tanya and I am 6 mths into my post op. I had my surgery October 18th 2004 and I feel great. I weighed 270 day of surgery and now I weigh 180. So, I have lost 85 pounds. I just have one question, does anyone have problems with taking viatimes? Any ones good out there that are easy to take. I have tried so many and hate them. Thanks, Tanya

Hi Susan and congrats on your awesome weight-loss All my October surgery friends are going through a plateau now, including me. I guess this is just a time when our bodies need to catch up. However, it will pass and we should be able to break out the bikinis this summer Kolla 304/204/140
