I fluctuate a little..
This morning I was 191.5 lbs which is the lowest I have been...
Still waiting to get to my GOAL of 185....
STILL a LONG way from 358 lbs....
If you do gain weight, it just means you will just have to work more at it, after you have the baby...
It will all work out...

Date was wonderful. What a babe he turned out to be. We had a blast. and i sent him home. no hanky panky. that will happen on another date. But my god this guy is so good looking. big brown eyes and light hair 6`2 ans 220 pounds of beautiful man.
I cant wait to see him again. He has call and emailed me today. thanking me for meeting him. and said i was such a sexy beautiful woman.

150 i go from 148 to 155 all the time. Think im stuck at this weight and im fine with it. you do look pregnant. soon you will be really out there.
Hugs. My daughter always lost weight while she was pregnant. because she was obese. I dont think you will gain any. you will possibly keep losing. just stay on your vitiams,

It's been awhile since we did A sunday weigh in so lets do it.
I'll go first, I'm trying realy hard NOT to have issues with this and reminding myself it's for the baby.
When I weighed in at the Ob's office I weighed 284
The sad part of that is I only gained 5 lbs in those 7 weeks so the other weight was from holidays and coming off the lasix. I'm hoping once I hit 12 weeks and can go back to working out I stay at or lose a little as long as the baby stays safe.
The good thing is I haven't gained since then, I am soooo hoping I never hit the 300 lb mark again, I convinced myself that floating up and down was okay cuz I would never be 300 lbs again and if I was then I would know I was a total failure with this surgery.
Okay girls, weigh in and tell me how well or not so well your all doing, it's time to put it in writing and own it and do something about it.

I pray for josh. Is he going to be a quadaplectic (SP) My first husband the father of my children was in a car accident years after we divorced and he can not move from his neck down. . God I hope he makes a full recovery. He has been fighting so hard.

Hi Betsy,
Walking is the best form of cardio exercise to jump start that metabolism again.
It's cold, but you can buy the Leslie Sansone walking tapes/dvd's. She has many of them and it's like doing a fast walking in place, but in no time, you've done 3 miles! They start out slowly to get you going...
Look them up on amazon.com I was able to buy a three pack at one time that gradually starts you going and ends up with a hard walk by the 3rd dvd.
I'm stuck too. Have been for months. If my body wants to stay here, I'm fine with that..it just bugs me that I'm stuck between 200.4 and 203. I want to get below 200 SO badly!
I'm negligent because I've been basically eating what I want. Too many carbs and bad foods...not eating my three meals with protein first. Some days I don't get near enough of my protein.
It's got to be back to basics from the beginning for me, and soon! Other stresses have been planning into the picture and it's a poor excuse for not taking care of myself.

I've been flip-flopping over 2 lbs since Thanksgiving Day, so I understand what you are feeling.
I do a lot of walking...maybe you could try that? I know it's cold, but I put on lots of layers of clothes...starting with cuddle duds top and bottom. Having a dog keeps me going every single morning.
I also go to Jazzercise 3 mornings a week...that is SO much fun...

josh is conscious and know he has medical issue doctor are trying to wean him off of the ventilator when not on it he is breathing 100%on his own but it rapid still on dialysis doctor are optimistic that his kidney are healing as he put out more urine asking forhis emotional stateas he has a long and hard road ahead of him ila
