morning - wow you've gone thru a lot in a month! glad to hear that you're doing so well tho! so far - February is not my favorite month and it's only the 6th - January wasn't very high on the list either I am getting back on track as of yesterday and am taking myself back to basics for the most part...I went to the gym after work yesterday and worked out for an hour - felt really good afterwards...I'm going back today - not sure why I thought I didn't have time for myself but I am definately going to put me first again NY is the coldest it's been in 2 years - we are setting records...this morning on my way to work the thermostat in my car read 11 degrees...thank God for remote auto start!! I go from my warm house to my warm car to the warm office...the hard part is coming out of the gym at night I am looking forward to the spring! it's always good to read what you have to contribute!! Hi all. Just reading some of the latest from our forum. Gotta say: we are using this less and less. Me too!! I know I've been out for a while. Recovering NOW from eye surgery On Jan 30th. I have been waiting a transplant for over two years and got the call late mon Jan 29. Back now. What a year!! TT and breast lift Jan 8 and eye surgery Jan30. I hope I am done for the year!! Weight loss is non existant: Not allowed to exercise for two to three more weeks. BUT the good news is: No weight gain either: Despite eating the kitchen sink!! Or whatever else is in the kitchen at the time. We just got Girl Scout cookies here in Germany( Military kids do same american stuff as in States) and YES, I am addicted to the new Sugar free brownie bits. SHOCK SURPRISE?? NOT!! I know everyone is busy: Paula: Thinking about you and moving is such a chore. Hang in there girl!! I know Sanity goes first in such a bit event and the STRESS!! Shelly, Love to hear how you are doing. and So happy about BABY!! You are doing so well to be online. I missed the weigh in Sunday but am holding at 153. Total loss of 121 lbs. WOOHOOO!! N Not much else going on here: Cold and rainy in Germany with mixture of snow and rain really!! YUCK? Hugs to all in the States. At least we do not have single digit temps. Hang in there everyone. Im sorry everyone I havent been on here in awhile myself. Just living this single life. Went out with my girlfriends sat night and I got jumped by three girls when I left the club. They was pissed se some guy was looking at me. I am all sore. I couldnt defend myself. I am alot smaller and was drinking. And had no control over the fight. They hit me in the head with a beer bottle. My eyes are black and im black and blue all over. I walked out first they got me alone. Then my friends came out and there was a big brawl. My friends stomped their asses. The bouncers got the girls off me. and held me back and let my friends get them. They got barred 2 hrs earlier for starting a fight with me in the bar. and sat outside for 2 hrs waiting on me. Is all this jealousy really called for. I was doing nothing wrong in that bar. but sitting and having drinks with my friends. Never seen these girls in there before. Never had a problem at that club before. I did nothing wrong. These was three young girls that was heavy set. They wanted me bad. Im to old for this crap. i learned a lesson to never walk out of a bar alone. My friends was getting beer to go. so I went ahead and walk out and got jump. So Im sitting here feeling real sore in this cold weather to ugly to go anywhere. I have one big eye and one small eye. both black. and scrapped up all over and black and blue. as the world turns. I love being single. But am not happy with this at all. I could see it if i desevered it. But I didnt. Take Csare Barb

Still at 205...don't think I'll ever get under 200...I have my plastics appt on Friday, I know that I will lose some after that surgery, but I really want to be below 200 before...I"m not having surgery immediately, just a consultation and then a second opinion...then we'll see.
