Hair question
But like I said, my hair dresser, here's what they said.....I was like, I just had wls in september, and I wanted to get my hair dyed......They were like......do we have a waiver she can sign" They said they had another lady who had wls.....her hair was falling out and also turning gray since the surgery...... they were scared so i was also... they told me to wait til spring...
Heidi,
I even messed up my hair color and had to fix it 3 times in 2 days. That is enough for normal hair to fall out and really it didn't damage mine. And I have colored it once since then. Quite the funky color I had goin on. Mine hair loss now has really slowed also, now I just have fly away little new hairs coming in.

Hi Heidi -
I experienced a lot of hair loss, and once the loss slowed down, what has come in is even finer than before. I finally got brave and dyed it - I my case it actually helped give it more body. It has seemed to fade a little faster, but I dyed it 3 weeks ago and it does not appear to have had an ill effects.
All best,
Mary Mc
Heidi,
I have had a perm done once a year, for about 28 years, give or take due to pregnancies.
I had my yearly perm last month.
The ONLY bad thing was my Hairdresser, told me I had to cut more than 6 inches off to keep it healthy, she told me less weight would help it.
To be honest NO ONE, except me, her and the vaccuum has notice my hair loss.
I say go for it...
