Hi everyone, It's been centuries since I last posted but wanted to say a quick hello to everyone and hope y'all are doing great. I can't report weight loss since I've been the same weight for the last 5months or so! 132..134, that's what the scale always reads. I guess I should be thankful that I'm not gaining. I still want to be at an ideal weight of 125, but I don't think my body is agreeing with me. Go figure Anywho, just read that there's a few pregnant Aug2004's, CONGRATULATIONS!

Topic: RE: WEIGHT GAIN 20 MONTHS OUT
I think a lot of us struggle with this. I have been up and down the same 20 lbs. for the last several months, and I'm sick and tired of it. I feel like I can eat WAY more than I should be able to eat, and that depresses me. It's funny that I came on here today, I used to be very diligent and coming here and reading and posting, but have not for a long time. Just this morning I have had it! My sister is getting married July 2nd and had the surgery as well, long after me and has lost WAY more weight than me and is in a size 8 misses. ME, well, I'm still a fat cow in my opinion and in anywhere from a 16W to a 20W. I really want to lose about 45 lbs between now and July 2, and I k now that is very aggressive, but I need to get my butt into gear. I'm going back to basics. Today I had my protein shake for breakfast, 46 g of protein, for snack I have an Atkins Advantage Bar and an Atkins Advantage Shake, and also have reduced fat ritz crakers with me, a banana and a Campbell's soup at hand. I'm hoping I can stick to this regimen. Maybe if I do this for a couple of weeks, my pouch will shrink? Is it possible I have stretched my pouch? I'm babbling, sorry.... I really feel like I have failed at this whole Gastric Bypass thing. Judy 359/244.8/185??? (hopefully someday, but doubt it)

...if any of my fellow 8/04'ers are as well? I'm doing good...I can't believe I'll be 6 months tomorrow. Time is flying but I'm feeling good. We're going to have a girl, and will be doing the 3D ultrasound in 2 weeks on the 27th. She's measuring on time and I've only gained 12 lbs so far. Although it kills me to see the scale go up, it's not bad. Well...I was just wondering if I was the only 8/04 prego... Kristy EDD 8/6/06 23w6d It's a girl - Alice Kay +12 lbs
