I'm August 4th also (assuming everything goes well at my final pre-op testing on Wednesday)! I'm having my surgery at the Bariatric Treatment Center in Philadelphia PA. Good luck! I hope both of our surgeries are entirely uneventful! God bless! --Deirdre

Hey everyone who is willing to listen.
got my final test on Friday and now I am back at home on at home oxygen 24-7 and surgery isnt gonna happen on August 14th like I hoped. Doctor said my oxygen levels are too low and if I have this or any other surgery I will probably need to be on a ventillator during my hospital stay or even get a trachea tube. I am gonna use my Bi-pap at night and use my oxygen and hopefully they will re-evaluate me in a month. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Best wishes Jeniifer. I will be having my surgery on August 12th. I also asked my husband for a bike!! I am so very excited as I know that you are. I am looking forward to a new life one that I thought that I would never have. I wish you a speedy recovery.
