I recommend (as my wife was instructed by our MD) increasing your protein to 75 grams {100g or more for males}or more per day. Keep your fat at less than 20g, your carbs at less than 60g. Also try and increase your exercise via free weights/resistance for your upper body. Good luck

I think alot of weight we gain is water. Is your cycle near ? I can gain up to 4 lbs and keep it for a few weeks until I drink enough to flush my system... Try drinking more water... maybe youre retaining water.

ME TOO I hit a stall... I am still struggling with getting enough protein and liquids. I feel like my body is out of service. Hope it is temporary. I have not gained but have not lost. I think these are called STALLS... I am not happy with them at all... All in all I do go up and down a pound or two just before that time. Hang in there... We will lose. We have to remember we are not even a year old yet. We are just infants in this journey. The winter slowed my walking as did my fall on my knee. I keep plugging away - you keep plugging too..
