Just got home from surgery...all went fine, but Dr. Graham was running behind so I didn't get into surgery until almost 6pm. Hurting but not as much as I thought I would. I am not tired at all but woosy...Good news is that I am down to 205 officially...my scale shows 201. Another wow was ....I went to the store killing time before surgery. They had the stretch pants on sale for $5.00 but they only had extra large and medium. I picked up a medium thinking they could be a goal. Well I tried them on - they fit!!!!!!!! YEAH. All in all it was a good day

B- 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies L- 1 cup chicken fettuccini alfredo from Cheesecake Factory and 3 bites of apple crisp (Christmas luncheon for work) D- 1/2 cup left over pasta from lunch and 1/2 c orange juice Protein was bad today. Water was bad today. Supplements bad today. I will do better tomorrow.... promise!! You guys have me motivated. I like this thread... makes me feel accountable!
