Hey everybody... just wanted to do a quick post since I am 6 months out as of today
I am down 57lbs and have 45 more lbs to go to goal!!! I started at size 26 pants and 22/24 top and am down to a size 16 pants and L/XL top... oh and from a 10 in shoes to a 9 91/2!! I am excited for the next few months to pass and more of this weight off to see what I will look like!!! I weighed around this weight a few years ago but the last time I was any lighter was when I was in middle school!

Hey Michi Girl... Yes, I did grow-up in Calif... I just moved to Florida a little over 3 months ago! Its looking like a few of us will be meeting up sometime while I'm there (Dec 22 to Jan 8th) maybe you would like to go too? I think it would be fun! Let me know!

B: 1/2 c Kashi cereal w/ skim milk
S: chocolate chip cookie
L: 3/4 chicken patty and 1/2 c peas
D: chicken and biscuit (about a cup and a half total, I think)
S: 1/2 orange
Water: terrible! only about 32 oz.
supplements: missed one of my calciums
exercise: none

S: HC Fudge Bar
D: 3 oz chicken; 1 cup rice; 1/2 cup beans; 1/4 cup corn; 1/2 cup salad.
S: 1 oz chicken with rice and corn.
Exercise: None.
Water: Excellent!
Supplements: Excellent!
Alcohol: None!
