I was happy to have the help to get my pictures posted. I, too am cyber challenged.
I'm on the mend now. Looking forward to plastic surgery at the end of this year. Tomorrow I'll be going to weigh****chers for a weigh in and see how I'm doing. Hopefully, I'll either stay the same or lose a little.
It was good to hear from you. Thanks for your response. I only have 10 pounds to goal for my surgeon and 15 for weigh****chers. I can't believe I'm so close!

That's where I get confused though. I'm 5' and both my surgeon and PCP said at 135 I would look too skeletal and they want me at 145. I'm tons shorter than you - I just don't get it. Although, I guess I need to account for the junk in my trunk - I'm not giving that up!

If it weren't for those little vials (even though they look like *****s) I would have never been able to get my protein in. I get them 6 cases at a time and get all Grapefruit Mango (it mixes well in everything from OJ to Crystal Light).

my daughter is getting very frustrated with half cast. it comes up above her elbow and bugs her. she wants to take it off, but we have to wait for appt with orthopedics.
