Hi Sharyn~ So glad you posted. Holy cow...21 lbs?????? UNREAL!!!!!!! How are you feeling? Are you in a lot of pain right now?
I'm so happy to hear from ya. I have been praying for you! If you feel up for it, Details! We want to hear the details, girl!
Now, if I have 21 lbs removed...hmmm...I would almost be at my own goal!
Take care of yourself and get lots of rest. I hope that you're able to take a chunk of time off from work.
Hugs,
Kerri

Topic: Monday Accountability
Ya ever have just a downright bad, emotional day??? Between TOM, no sleep last night, and still getting over this virus.....AND having an all out stressful day of being pulled in every possible direction trying to please a whole boatload of people.... I swear I almost had a major meltdown today... actually i did have a meltdown. I had to go cry in one of my co-workers cubicles and then go straighten up. I NEVER cry at work.
Anyway, this day has proven to me that I still have emotional eating issues. I'm owning up to it...writing it down for all to see...and hopefully being held accountable will keep me from doing this again.
Venti triple decaf sugar free vanilla latte 20g Protein
Vanilla almond Biscotti 3g Protein
Protein balls 10g Protein
1 beef taco 10g Protein?
here's the bad part....after my crying episode...
1 pack of Peanut butter M & Ms....and I didn't dump!
A banana 1g Protein
Shredded crock pot chicken w/ green beans 20g protein
Venti Triple decaff sugar free Vanilla latte 20g Protein
Chocolate hazlenut biscotti 3g Protein
87 grams of protein. (I didn't bother to read the M&Ms to see how much protein was in them) About 1600-1700 calories today.
I can not believe myself. I've been thinking about it and when i bought that dag blasted candy, I was sooooo down it was almost as if I had this "I don't care what happens to me" attitude - self-destruction mode - suicide by food. I just can't go back to acting that way again.
how's everyone else doing?
Hugs,
Pam

Topic: RE: Sunday - ACCOUNTABILITY
Its Monday morning, hate the weekends, do not tend to do well...here goes:
Saturday:
coffee protein drink
sugar cookie (Harris Teeter, again, starting to see a trend, going there too much)
1/2 a 5x1 salmon pattie (really good, have to do this one again, nice protein count too)
1/2 slice sourdough bread w/artichoke-lemon pesto spread on it
sf chocolate dipped pretzel
1/8th of a keilbasa
15 or so sweetpotato french fries
1/4 cup green beans
the usual liquids and vitamins
Sunday:
cresant roll with pumpkin/spice butter
2 1/2 slices bacon
1/2 banana sprinkled with splenda
then the BIG mistake of the day, went to SAM's and got to graze (went way downhill from there)
1/2 a biscotti (Pam you must be rubbing off on me)
2 cream puffs
1 bite of honey & oats granola bar
6-7 white chocolate M & M's
coffee protein drink
4 small costini with artichoke tapenade
1 sf chocolate
4-5 almonds
3 oz grilled chicken
1/4 cup broccoli cassarole
1 bite of a yeast roll
sf strawberry icecream bar
1 - 1 1/2 cups buttered microwave popcorn
Man, when I look at Sunday, I really see how far off the track I'm willing to fall...Prayed for strength to get back on track today (Monday)...I AM STRICTLY FOLLOWING MY APPROVED NUT'S DIET FROM WAY BACK WHEN I WAS 3 MONTHS OUT...I HAVE GOT TO SHAKE THE CRAVINGS TO EAT STUFF WHEN I AM NOT HUNGRY AND ALWAYS GOING FOR SOMETHING "BAD"...I read somewhere it takes 3 days to get over the initial memory of taste - I hope withdrawl is that short...
Thanks for listening...Alesia
