6 month update/wow moment

Hi! I had my 6 month check up yesterday. I have lost 86 pounds since June 1st! My total is now 180.5 pounds! I could never figure out which weight they went by...well it was the day of surgery. They said that they couldn't take credit for my weight loss prior...but that I should! I told the nurse you better believe that I am taking credit for it! My labs came back pretty good. My iron is still somewhat low but not as bad as last time. My doctor also put me on pancreatic enzymes. I seem to dump with any amount of fat. He is hoping that this will allow me to eat something besides turkey! Now...my WOW moment! I actually bought....drum roll......a size 8 pair of pants! I have never before fit into a single digit size in pants! My 10's are getting too big already. And I have a job interview today! It has been a good week so far! Hope that every one else is doing great! Sue320/149.5/130 goal

Lisa, Thanks! My interview went well and should find out in the next few days. It is just part time at the local grocery store but I have to start building up my plastic's fund (tummy tuck)! The pants were a real surprise to me. I thought I would be okay for awhile in 10's....but then wham...started getting really baggy. I have gone down from a size 22 pants since my surgery.....that is 8 pants sizes...in 6 months. I try to buy them off the clearance rack but now all that is left is summer stuff. The closer you get to your goal the fast the sizes change. You are doing awesome! Sue 320/149.5/130 goal
