Hit 70 lbs this morning!

Finally! I am at 169, which makes me 70 lbs since the journey began and 61 lbs since surgery. I am so excited I'm doing the happy dance . Just had to share. Love Debra 239/169/125

Well mary JO there comeing off but not for a good reason. I been ill diarreah since friday. Immodium isnt helping. I know it must be a viral thing two of my kids had the virus this week throwing up. THE sad part no doctor seems to care. I phoned my primary pcp today got told "are you sure your not eating wrong foods"..... i told him 6 months out and 116 lbs down I think that proves i eat correctly with my tool. THEN phoned the surgeon and was told to get into see a referred gastranologist person. WHEN i was in to see the surgeon we discussed a colonoscopy for cancer be done...so guess i have no help to fix this. HOPEFULLY this will pass soon, I feel horrible I just upped my doses of IMODIUM today so hopefully that will relieve the problem some. I guess there is no med that will help..... NO exactly the fun way to drop the pounds but there dropping. THANKS FOR NOTICING! LISA 310/193/??? and going this much is rotten.

yuck, lisa. sorry you are still feeling sick. i hope you get better soon...and still lose the lbs. you are probably feeling a lot less energy, huh? make sure you are pushing the fluids more during this time to replenish yourself! hugssssssss

Dear Debra, Congratulations on the 70 pound loss!! I see from your post that our surgery was the same day and I, too, have lost 70 pounds!!! isn't this fun? My slacks are falling off my body and look like I could curtsy in them. Tops still fit, but I've given/thrown away almost 20 pair of botoms. Congratulations, again!! Betsy
