hello my june sisters and brothers and my obesity help family....i feel so good making this post today...HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL...first let me say thank GOD for giving me this second chance at life...and thank you all for the support and friendship you have shown...even if you have never posted to me personally...just you getting on here and posting your questions and concerns have answered so many questions that i may have had....i started out my journey at 495 after an all time high of 520...i'm now down to 383 and i plan to keep losing:dancing:...i feel like i have my life back....i just want to say thank you guys for being there sharing and caring...sometimes when it feels like we are walking this journey alone it is nice to know that we have friends who understand thanks....stephie riding off to a healthier life

WOW!!!!! Great job !!!! I am proud of you and happy for you too. 520 I can't imagine the pain you must have been in emotionally and physically when I was up to 392 I was in pain all the time.
