Great Recipe

I know that this is a little late but thought I would share it with you!
I found this recipe on the recipe board and wanted to tell you all how good it is!
Pumpkin Pie Pudding!
1 3/4 cup cold milk (I use skim)
1 package fat free, sugar free vanilla or cheesecake pudding
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pumkin pie spice (or cinamon/nutmeg..)
1 cup lite whipped topping
Mix first 4 ingredients and let stand for 2 minutes. Then fold in whipped topping.
Now after reading this again I failed to put in the whipped topping and it still takes great! I am adding mine when I eat it as a topping. This is just as good as, if not better than pie!
Serves 8......per serving it breaks down to:
47 calories
1 fat
7.5 carbs
2 proteins
