As a child I was always large breasted - I think I went from a budding 10 year old to a 10 1/2 year old wearing a 38C and then graduated to a DD cup 40 when I turned 11. I have been a 48 F for as long as I can remember and bra shopping was always a nightmare. In Canada, it is really hard to find a bra above a DDD cup (let alone the width) unless you order it from the Sears Catalogue (which there is 1 to choose from). So usually twice a year, I would make a trek over the Detroit to a local brazier store (www.braworld.ws). They have been a saviour to my wardrobe and to my shoulders for the last 15 years. By far Goddess is the best bra maker for us large chested gals. Being a football widow today, I ventured into the local mall and caught a Sears sale - and thought what the hell, I'll try on their biggest size for kicks - see how much I can squeeze into a DDD cup. Wouldn't you know I actually found a Playtex "inthe store" that fit?!!! and it is a 44 DDD - that is 4 inches and 1 cup size down!!! The only one not happy about the find is my breast loving hubby.....oh well, he'll have to make due with the DDD now!!! loving my new appendanges - Silly. 418/295/onederland.

THATS so wonderful congratluations! AND i bet bra shopping will be soooo much fun now for you as you continue to reduce. I have gone down alot of sizes in my chest so you will too! I fit in a 38D right now and that makes me very happy too. KEEP up the great looseing. LISA 310/202/???

Let me tell you, this is one thing I wanted to get rid of sooooo bad. And I was smaller than you, 48DD. Couldn't stand them. I am now a 42 D and loving it. My friends who are mostly large breasted make fun of me now, but I told them I would be happy to get to a C cup. I don't miss them at all. Congrats to you!

Wow that is so cool! I was a 42 D before surgery and am now a 38 D. But before I was a full overflowing, probably should be in a DD "D" cup. And now I am a medium D. When I was a teenager I lost 50 lbs (from 178 to 128) and went from a D cup to a small C cup, so I am hoping that will be the case this time, as I am just under my highest weight as a teen and the same bra size as I was at that time too. So hopefully I will be the same bra size when I reach the 120's again. Tiff 247/173/125

Hey Zita, Congrats on the new bra. Unfortuantely I can't relate, I am trying to keep every inch of cleavage I have. I've always had extra booty, thighs and belly, but nothing extra up there. I am praying I won't be an A cup when this is all over....lol Lisa PS Is it xmas party time yet???? lol

I totally understand! The other night I was in shock when food fell on the floor when I accidentally dropped it. It used to sit on my chest. We called it my shelf! I don't miss 'em either, Good Riddance I say! Wendy Daly
