well, since october was a lower month for most of us junebugs, i had anticipated a better november. here it is almost 1/2 way thru the month and i have only lost 2 lbs! i know i still have a whole other 1/2 a month, but now i am getting nervous. what if october was just the beginning of the end for me? maybe each month is just going to get worse and worse? oh boy, i am getting paranoid now i think! anyone else feeling this way? hugs~mary jo

Well MARY JO yes its everyones fear! AND i find we will all go thru different times when it slows down. I do believe THE closer to our ideal weights we become the slower it will come off no matter what we do. AND i know your nearer and nearer an ideal weight! but i sit and worry what if my weight stops now and that next 20 is excess tummy skin and no more comes off. I think its very normal for us. JUST follow our rules of eatings and things will come off. I know a friend who had the surgery took along time for her to get her last lbs off! GOOD LUCK and if your eating right all will be FINE! ((HUG)))) lisa

All of my early June friends just recently came off their 4 month stalls. Well, I am now in the midst of that. However....I know it's not a plateau because I hae lost 21.25" since 10/13, and only lost 6 lbs. Those 6 lbs were lost in the week of the week after we measured in Oct. I have only lost 2 lbs in the last 3 weeks. But.....I did go shopping yesterday and tried on a pair of size 16 jeans and they fit! So, even though the weight is slower coming off my size is changing. I'm just following the rules! Deb

well that is good that you are still losing inches, deb! who knows, i may be too. last time i went 12 days without any weight loss, but i also went from a 14 to a 12 in jeans. all we can do is follow the rules i suppose! hugsss

Mary Jo, you are doing great. I am sure the girls are right, the closer to goal we get the slower the loss. A 12? Congratulations, that is wonderful, I am sure a 10 is just in sight. Good Luck and don't stress. I worry I have stopped also but then there is another inch or another pound. Just likes to keep us guessing. Seems like you are using your tool well, keep it up and the weight will leave, slowly maybe but at least it is leaving. Deloris 309/288/198/135

Mary Jo, I think we all have similar fears. I will tell you October was a very slow month for a lot of June people I speak with. I have been losing about a pound or two a week but this week I lost 6lbs so maybe November will be a good month. I really have be trying to improve my water in take I don't know if that helped but it can't hurt. Only 100lbs to go! Chip
