YUP, IT'S ABOUT THAT TIME...
ok another week, and another up a lb, down a lb and back up a lb again. started the week at 147 and i have been going up and down, back up to 148 again this morning. not frustrated, nope not me, not in the least. i have been very LAZY since beginning my journey, barely any exercise at all outside of my normal routine. so this week i started doing my own thing. i am doing crunches and leg lifts and using weights for my arms. i am doing it every night and i WILL stick with it. i know that when building muscle i may see the weight loss slow down and that is ok with me. i still want to get down to 120 eventually, but i know that doing this exercises is also very important!
don't any of you junebugs go getting discouraged! we are all in this journey together and we will ALL be successful!

you are doing so good and you look beautiful! BUT you do need an update on your profile!
here's an update on me. i am down to 145 as of this morning! that means i am down 4 lbs for the month of november. i guess since i am getting closer to goal, things are going to start to really slow down. that is fine with me, i am so happy so far! sorry if sometimes i sound like i am complaining, cuz even this is a great weight.
i want to hear an update on you for your upcoming 5 month anniversary!
