Need Advice!!!!!!!!!!
I am 4 1/2 months post op and I have lost 70lbs! Yay for ME!
Here is my problem. I don't get in enough liquids. I don't drink coffee or tea, I am getting sick of water, getting board of Crystal Light lemonade, LOVE some of the light juices (too many wasted calories and carbs) and I don't know what else to do. Anyone else in the same situation? What can I do? What can I drink?

Trust me I feel you. Try other CL flavors.
I also drink sugar free koolaide or 1% milk- bu****er is our friend.
I also have an occational SF ice tea w/ splenda.
Our selection is not as large when going by the rules.
We just have to make the best of it.
Protein drinks are always another option.

I like the pre-mixed Crystal Lights. I know they come in Rasberry Ice, Strawberry Kiwi and others. I alos like the Fruit 2-O. I comes in tons of flavors. I like the grape and rasperry the *******so get the little packets of iced tea that you sprinkle in your bottled water. I think they're a bit strong, but if you put them in a 20 or 24 oz. bottle they taste better than in a 16 oz like it calls for. Many companies have the decaffinated if you'r concerned about that. good luck. I have the same problem, but it's because I'm a music teacher and I am sinign and working with childrena ll day, and I can't be drinking when I 'm singing and teaching!!! I sip when I can, but before you know it, the day has gone!! I try to get 8 oz of Crystal Light mixed with my Up-Cal D powder in themorning, then I mix one and ahalf scoops of protein powder 9 Nectar Verry Berry Cherry) in a sports bottle with 16 oz. and ice cubes and sip on that after breakfast. That way I amd getting 30g of protein and some water as well. I drink a bottle or 2 of Aquafina during the day, so that gives me 36 more ounces. My trouble is after that. I just can't get any more in. Let me know if you find something you like.
