WOW moment that made me cry

I usually do not have wow moments that are really that significant but this one made me cry. My 10 year old son is a moma's boy (it hhas been me and him all his life) anyway he liked to lay on the couch with me and watch wrestling well i had gotten so big that it was very uncomfortable for me for him to do that, so i would make him get off te couch or go to the other end. well on monday s we were getting ready to watch raw, he laid down and told me that he liked that he can snuggle with me again. I know that it is dumb but i really teared up becasue he will not want to snuggle with mom in a few months as he matures and i am glad that i had te opportunity to have these last few moments.

That is the sweetest WOW moment....Makes me want to cry to...Good for you Stacey!

It is those moments that make us really proud of ourselves that we took the leap of faith and made this surgery worth while. May your days be filled with more WOW moments and may this journey be filled with wonderful memories for you and your son. Deloris 309/288/199/135

aww stacey, that is so sweet! i know exactly what you mean, my son is 11 and soon won't want to "cuddle", i'm sure! i also have 2 girls and LOVE that they can sit on my lap again. these are the moments that make it all worth it! hugs~mary jo

Stacey, That is so sweet and really one of the best moments you can have. My kids are 28 and 22 so no more cuddling but I sure remember those days. Maybe I'll get some cuddles again when my kids have kids Jo

Awww Stacy, that is just so beautiful. Savor those moments. My kids are 18, 16, 15, 13 and 5. My five year old is the only one that wants to snuggle with mommy. I savor it as much as I can. When he grows out of it, I guess I will have to wait for grandchildren. (I'm gonna be the bestest gramma ever!) That really was a WOW moment!

Oh my goodness?! Stacy, I have been waiting to hear an update form you for soooo long! The last time I saw you was the day you left the hospital and was kind enough to stop by to wish me well. I hope you are feeling great and loosing lbs. like crazy! Let me know what is going on with you and please update your site.
