OKAY JUST GETTING CURIOS NOW!!!!....

I know OCTOBER was my smallest weight loss yet...so i want to know how people did for OCTOBER... I only lost 10 lbs which by no means am i unhappy with. I never lost that in a month before surgery...just curious if were all hitting the same weight loss slow downs...is the honeymoon over already. I can live with 10 lbs a month if it is it is! I m 5 lbs away from getting under 200 and thats my only goal right now! SO lets hear from you JUNEBUGS...who much did u loose ....dont be shy thanks lisa 310/205/....

as you already know, my wieght loss was also 10 lbs for the month of october! oh now don't go saying the honeymoon's over for us! we are just 5 months out, i think we just needed a lil break! how 'bout the rest of the junebugs? hugs~mary jo

10 pounds in october as well...major slow-down, put still losing,

So far all of you have lost 10 pounds in Oct and that is exactly what I lost also.. Thats very interesting. I am also happy with that, any loss is much better than a gain..

Guess it makes me feel a little better that I'm not the only way who seems to be losing slowly right now. Maybe it is just one of those stalls we seem to hit ever so often. I don't know how much I've lost for the month of Oct. but I have only lost about 6 and a half lbs in the last couple of weeks! I am creeping ever so slowly up (down) on Onederland. I was at 201 & a half this a.m. AAARRGHHH! Are the scales trying to torture me? Hey, what am I complaining about I am now soooo close to being under 200 lbs. I don't know how long it has been since I weighed what I do now. Hopefully we will all lose big time in November and be looking so good for Christmas! Karen

Wow, this is so wierd. October was my lowest month with exactly 10 pounds. (Yet ... I've lost 7 lbs in the past 7 days!!) I hope this means that November is going to be an AWESOME month for all of us!! Pam 250/173/??

I just posted my "results". A weird month going up and down with a total weight loss of 8 pounds overall. Still, I'm down 107 since surgery without a single fill for my lap band and 112 overall so I'm not complaining at all. I also posted new pics. Much love and continued success to my fellow Junies!

How strange.... I also lost only 10 pounds for October. How very odd that so many of us lost exactly 10 pounds for this month! It's so very frustrating... but at the same time we can all take that in consideration... obviously the 4th to 5th month is sort of a "plateau" or "stall" month for MANY!!!! Maria 318/228/170ish

I wonder if this is going to be the amount we keep looseing each month. I am so hopeing out honeymoon isnt over!!!!! I still want some kick butt months! Well tonight im pulling out the strawberries last time i slowed a drop it helped! I want bigger number for NOVEMBER! LISA
