I have to share with you guys cause you all understand what it is like. I got through halloween without eating any peanut butter cups or any other snack candies. The snack size are truly my weakness during the spooky holiday. Giving away candy and eating a few every now and then has seemed like a habit over the years but this year I was to afraid of dumping. Thank goodness for this tool. I am down 91 pounds and feeling better than I have in a very long time. Thanks for listening Berta

Berta, hun congrats to you for not having some I know it is so hard and before the surgery I would have done so much worse, chips was my poison and I was not that bad. Ok on to the next holiday... I am also down 90 lbs and about 70 more to go until goal.. Take care ~Hugs~ Debra P 285/196/125??

Great job Berta. I also had no problem with Halloween. It was a non issue for me as I know that I cannot eat sugar under any cir****tance. I took two teaspoons of liquid amoxicillin without knowing it had nearly 4 grams of sugar in 1 tsp. It made me feel really sick. Sooo....I know would dump on sugar and avoid it at all costs. I thank God also everyday for this amazing tool. Keep up the great work! I'm down 61 lbs and feel great. All the best, Debra 239/178/125

Way to go Berta! I was a good girl too, and I think that I would have been even if I wasn't sick. I am really focused on where I am going and what I need to do to get there. The chocolate just isn't worth it to me! Congrats on your weight loss success so far! Have a great night, Leslie 309/226/150

Unfortunately I have discovered that sugar does not bother me. And yes, I have had chocolate a couple of times. BIG MISTAKE!!! I'm now craving it. I really wish I had never tried it.
