Hey guys, what's up with the slow board the last couple of days. Nobody having a good day, bad day or lack of BM's lately? Let's get posting! I look forward to these posts everyday, don't really have a life. (Also I moved and don't have my Direct TV hooked up yet!) LOL !

HEY WENDY! guess everyone is busy, looseing and happy. PERSONALLY my losses have finally come to a slo creep but i guess i have been much to fortunate to complain. OTHERWISE im doing good i am happy i didnt give into any temptations during the candy halloween holiday and now today is my youngest birthday. I know i will have no problem passing on his cake and ill just have a sugar free ice cream or pudding if i am needy. ALL THE BEST LISA

Lisa, Good for you! I am glad that candy is not my downfall or I would have been in trouble. I would much rather have eaten giant bowls of potatoe soup or heaps of macaroni and cheese! This surgery sure does put a damper on the appetite! I'm losing much slower now too, but that is healthier for our bodies. As long as we are going downhill not up I think we are ok! Wendy Daly

Sorry. Only have limited internet access on my 3 days off... very frustrated here. Scales haven't budged in 3 weeks. Stuck on 84 pounds gone. But, there may be some "rearranging" going on as I am noticing a difference in how some of my clothes are fitting! Connie 410/347/263/134

Wendy, I must admit I don't post much unless I have something to say that might help someone out, but I check in daily. I must say I get a bit disappointed if the regulars aren't around to see how everyone is doing. My surgery was June 6th and I am down 63 #"s and have 37 to go for my goal. I think the docs goal is about 10 more, but one step at a time. Everyone is doing great and I love keeping up with how you all are doing!! Gayle
