No Upper GI...
I have decided not to have the upper GI. Since I posted here, I have been watching what I eat and guess what!!! I don't think I have been eating too much. I think my mind got acustomed to eating from a small plate and bowl! I tracked everything that went in my mouth since Thursday and I know I am making the right choices. I was not doing that before then and I think that is why I wasn't loosing!
As of this morning, I am now at 230.5!!!! WoooHoooo!!! I am so excited to finally see that zero! Now I only have 100lbs to reach goal.

YES its important to track what we eat every
little thing.
AND get tha****er in!!!
I think when were at certain numbers that scale
fights us. I find when ever im so close to new numbers
it holds on for deer life!
