60 pounds GONE!

Hi All! Just thought I would update my profile and put a new picture up (not a very good one). I have lost 60 pounds since June and I am feeling great! I am so glad I had the surgery and look forward to releasing the last 30 pounds. I had to remove my wedding rings, for now and I need some clothes, but life is good! I have been tempted by some unhealthy foods, but I just remember to think about how long the yummy taste lasts in my mouth compared to how long the wonderful feelings of being thinner last! There is no comparison! Have a great weekend! Joy

Thanks for sharing--good to hear the good news. I am wearing a gold ring I use to wear on my pinky on my ring finger to keep my diamond from falling off until I size it. Keep up the good work!!!!! Joni

Good idea, Joni! I will have the rings resized when I get the last of the weight off, but I feel naked without them right now. Thanks for your response and support! Joy

You are looking great!!!!!!! and two days ahead of me, I am gonna have to work harder I think. I am at 52 lost now so you have an 8 pound head start, but I know that I FEEL SOOOOOO good! Every day is better and better. I was so happy when I could slide into a pair of regular size 16 pants......WOW havent been that small in Years!!!!! Smiles, Cheryl
