Mary Jo Dont get discouraged. I just got off of a two week stall. Now its moving again but slower then I would like it to. I too am a scale junkie but I try not to let it get me down when I hit a stall. I think this last one was my third two week stall since surgery. It does irratate me but I know that it will eventually end. We have come to far to let it get us down now. It is awesome that you are in a size 12, I think it will be a while for me I am still in a 20 with some 18s fitting me. But I am really happy with that when I started this adventure 4 months ago my 28s were tight. Have a great weekend and I hope that scale moves for you. Lynn

Mary Jo...Don't forget it is almost time for all of us to hit a REAL plateau where we do not loose weight or inches. So be prepared for that. I was told it could last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks and accept it because it's gonna happen. But....if you got into those jeans, you are not on a plateau and doing awesome!!! Wish I could say a size 12! Hopefully soon for me. have a good weekend and stay off the scale!!!!! Shelley 298/236.5/130

oh shelley, don't remind me! i wish we never had to have plateaus, sounds so discouraging! on the main board they say a real plateau is 4-6 weeks with no weight loss and no inches lost. YIKES! you are doing great! i am so proud of all us junebugs, we really are doing well! hugsssss
