What did you eat today???
Ok, What time is it where you are??It is 12:25pm So I've had lunch & thought I would post this.
B-Quaker weight control oatmeal(banana bread) Was able to eat the whole package today!!
S-cheese stick 2 whole wheat ritz crackers
L-1/2 to3/4 cup chili
S-I have a blue bunny blueberry yogurt smoothie to drink will wait til 2 or 3 pm
D-not sure yet maybe more chili.

B - 2 cups of coffee with IDS protein scoop in each
L - 1 chicken tender from Church's (tried to pick off most of the crispy stuff, then ended up eating some of the stuff I picked off!)
D - We're thinking about split pea soup (Not one of my favorites, but my husband loves it and it's turned cold here...60 degrees--BRRRR!!)
It is now 5:40 p.m. here. I'm still at school we have PTO at 6.
B - 3 oz 2% milk (3g) 7:45 a.m.
L- South Beach Diet Sesame Chicken Wrap (only ate one of the shells) (20g) 10:30 a.m.
S - Atkins Advantage Morning Start Bar (11g) 2:00 pm
S - We have a new local coffee shop in town and my best friend works there. So I went and tried it out to kill time before PTO. I had a SF Vanilla Latte (only about 2 oz of it lol) and a grilled chicken salad (It was yummy!) (guesstimating 14g)
D - some of us teachers are planning to go to the local Mexican Restaurant after PTO. I plan to have grilled chicken w/ cheese and green peppers (14g approx) and I'll allow myself 3 chips with cheese dip.
So total will be 62 g of protein :D

Sorry to hear that you having trouble eating as well, Hope you can get more down soon.... I did eat some chili tonight.....strange that I could eat chili and I could not eat shrimp or anything else...
When I can't eat my weight loss tends to stop... so I hope I can get the protein in soon...
I am getting in my vitamins,. I take vista vitamins, which is a spray.
B: 4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 slice Kraft singles cheese
S: protein bar right before going to the gym
L: 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with 1 oz. cheese melted
D: My husband and I get to go on a real date tonight! So we're going to a movie and dinner and I'm not sure where we're going yet. Probably Mexican though!

L: 3 whole wheat Ritz with a tiny bit of peanut butter
S: Protein shake with a little piece of banana
D: 1/2 a baked boneless skinless chicken breast and 1/4 cup of stuffing (not so good I know)
Have fun tonight Deanna! Wow, a real date? Lucky woman! Are you going to Los Dos Amigos? That is my inlaws fav Mexican restaurant in Salem. I think they take us everytime we visit. lol

I haven't done great today with food. I have a stomach bug and am finding that I am making stupid decisions because I don't feel like eating.
