What are you eating? How much water have you had? Finished your vitamins yet? What are you doing for exercise today? Vitals? As for me: LND: veggie tofu lasagna (if anyone wants the recipe, let me know) B: protein shake S: cheese and triscuits L: veggie tofu lasagna S: protein shake D: veggie tofu lasagna S; nothing. Water: 16oz, I'm bad. I will get right on this. Vitamins: only have 2 calcium left Exercise: 30 mins elliptical, benchpress and abs (all tonight) 254/180.5/145 starting size: 20 current size: 10-12

B: AchievOne protein drink Cappuccino flavor - yum L: 1/2 c. cottage cheese S: 1 scoop Fuzzy Navel Protein with about 12 oz. water D: I dunno yet - maybe turkey w/some gravy, green beans...we'll see when I get home Water: 33.8 fl. oz. Vitamins: Forgot them at home, will take as soon as I get there Exercise: Will go as soon as I leave work - 32 min. on elliptical (weight loss option) 32 min. on treadmill (calorie burner option) = nice sweaty workout! 366/250/175 Starting size - very tight stretch 28s, some 30/32s Present size - 20's in bottoms, 18/20 tops (are getting lose)

Let's see... B: boiled egg L: got black & blu salad at Quizno's ate the meat and cheese, and a little lettuce D: don't know yet, maybe chicken and green beans Water: 40 oz Vitamins: had 1st round with Breakfast, will have the last round with dinner Exercise: 35 min on recumbant bike, no weight today got up too late 291/206/145 starting size; 26 current size; very lose 18 right now weight is dropping by only ounces each day... ugh so slow but still going in the right direction.

B: peanuts (this is unusual for me, but I never got away from my desk to get my eggs!) S: nothing L: little bit of french onion soup and a small wedge of bacon quiche from new Todd English restaurant S: nothing D: small hamburger patty S; maybe some string cheese Water: 72oz . Vitamins: multi, calcium chews, sublingual b12, colace! Exercise: love doing ellipitical but have been out of town alot with daughter in hospital, hope to get back on track soon! 243/182/135 starting size: 24 current size: 14-16 Height: 5'4" (Wish I knew this more often when I am looking at other's stats!)

B: 1/2c cottage cheese w/pineapple bits S: 1oz lowfat cheddar 3/4c grapes L: baked chicken S: snack size mounds bar ( I KNOW!!! BAAAADDDDD) D: baked turkey breast w/little bit of gravy, & corn S: nothing yet Water intake: 50.7oz so far Vitamins, took them this a.m. will take the last round tonite at bedtime. Excercise: 2mile walk this a.m. Current size: 18/20 getting loose, but can't fit the next size down yet Current weight 207
