Topic: Calling All April Loser
I had my surgery on April 18, 2005. Starting weight 287 and todate I have lost 77lbs weighing in at 210. Question, has anybody weight loss STOPPED because mine has. When will it pick up again. I must admit I have been eating a litte more than I could in the beginning but I think that is normal. Any suggestions on what I should do. And I would like to hear from some of you happy losers to see if you are experiencing the same issue I have. HELLLLPPPPP MEEEEE!!!!!!

A lightly salted rice cake with creamy laughing cow (light) cheese spread. Only has 70 calories, 2 fat, 8 carbs and 4 protein!

You are doing so great!!! I just started walking more and it has helped alot. I wish I could the water aerobics, too. We had a pool, but we sold the house!!! And bought a new house that doesn't have a pool. I am going to try your Doc's advice and try working out for an hour and a half. I only do about 30 minutes now. So, I will have to take it a little bit at a time. But i am going to give it a shot. I have like 196 pounds to go to get to goal. I would LOVE to get there in a year or year and a half!!

Hey any weight down is winning!!! I have only lost 75 now but I feel like a million and I have a 100 to go!!! I know it will take longer but I also know NOW for the first time in my life I AM IN CONTROL of my WEIGHT!!! It is not in control of me!! I have hope where no matter what I did before surgery resulted in very little.. I HAVE HOPE IN A FUTURE!!!

Who wants a bicycle??? My husband gave me a Harley last Christmas.. so I decided I wanted to look like a Harely chick and had the surgery in April.. now when I zoom by everybody looks!! not just the harley lovers!!!

Breakfast 1/2 of a bacon, egg and cheddar crosaunt
snack 2 ounces cheese
lunchmandarian oranges
dinner usually some chicken
bedtime snack.. usually oranges
I keep juicy juice mixed with water or iced tea with splenda beside me constantly
The scale just moved down 2 pounds so I am down 75 pounds!!

you are doing way better than me, it must be the doritos.......... I'm gonna have to buy some doritos. (getting out shopping list, scratching off carb freedom yogurt, and adding doritos........ hehe)
