Where are we now walkers? Last week we recorded 55 miles, didn't end up in a town/city, but we're almost to our destination! we'll pass our original marker (Union Station) and head on over to Disney for some fun!! Did we make it? post your miles here Marchers (1/21 - 1/27)

hope you're feeling better Jannine! heres my day drive to work - double iso fruit pineapple protein shake with crystal light orange medium coffee, x-smart milk, stevia vanilla late breakfast - steel cut oats with dried apples, pecans and 1T pb snack - protein delite raspberry yogurt shake lunch - slice of cheese pizza dinner - 7 cajun shrimp alfredo over ww penne noodles snack - chocolate covered banana with chopped peanuts vitamins - still need calcium water - 5 16oz bottles exercise - finally off crutches, limping around in my brady boot (thats what they're calling it at work), but getting better

Ok so I have some adjustments to the meal plan today... Breakfast...2 bottles of Crystal light and Zone Perfect Strawberry bar... Snack...Zone Perfect Strawberry bar and 1/2 hour later decaf coffee Lunch...attempted to have 4oz of turkey and provolone cheese...got one piece of turkey down and thought I was gonna lose it....did not but had lots of pain and watering mouth...so I put the rest of that away and made a protein shake from HMR ... Supper...hopefully will be cream of mushroom chicken with rice...hope the pouch will accept it....and then we will take it from there..... Jannine

Barbara, My mind is too cluttered to keep my lists there and I easily forget things so I have to put it on paper. I'm sorry it is so cold there. It doesn't make it any fun to walk around. This morning it is 9 degrees here is sunny California. I hope you will post your feelings about the pouch test. I hope it worked out for you. Have a great day, Rick

Ok so far today I have had the following.... 23.4 oz of Water/Crystal Light 1-Zone Perfect Strawberry Bar Lunch is probably gonna be 4-5 oz of smoked turkey and 2 oz of provolone cheese..or a can of tuna with some mayo... Snack: Protein Shake Dinner will be cream of mushroom with chicken probably with rice... Snack: Tostitos Multi grain chips with melted cheese and salsa. I hope that is what I am gonna eat....today...have a sick child home from school today...that usually messes with the eating schedule... Jannine 357/165/157/TT

Good morning Rick! I am a list maniac. And, "The Bucket List" is on my list of movies to see. It looks like a great flick. I especially enjoy crossing things off my list. Today, my list consists of vitamins, good protein, and water. I'm headed for NYC this afternoon and will get lots of exercise tonight and tomorrow walking all over the city for site visits. It will be cold! I always have trouble with water when I travel so I've packed some bottles in my little suitcase. I'm going to try to get at least 64 ounces in both days. The cosmopolitan that I'll drink tonight doesn't count toward that total! I can only drink half of one since surgery but it's fun to drink a cosmo in the city once in a while. I hope I can say that I crossed water intake off my list for Monday and Tuesday! Hugs, Stephanie

Whoo hooo! You found some amazing deals. I love that my feet shrunk. I was a 10 as well and am now mostly in size 9. Shoe shopping is much more fun now. Shopping, period, is more fun now! I like lists also, but sometimes I make them in my head and not necessarily on paper! But I am pretty good about getting them and calling them off my head! I heard this morning on the TV about the end aisles at the grocery store...they put that stuff there to get rid of it and 9 times out of 10 it isn't good for you. So we should probably avoid "end" of the aisle specials! At the top of my list today is to go out in the freezing cold at lunch and walk over to the post office to mail a package, stop by Finagle a Bagle for chicken soup, Dunkin Donuts for iced tea and back to work before I freeze! Also on my list today is getting all my documents ready to take to the accountant for having our income tax figured. Then the ongoing list is to take all my vitamins, drink plenty of water and unfortunately exercise is at the bottom and I often fail to get that one crossed off. Maybe I better move it to the top of the list! Have a great day - Barbara
