Hello Everyone, I didnt have any problems drinking the water untill recently, I am struggling to get down even 4 glasses a day! I think the problem is I have been stuck in the house for the past 2 weeks rainy ugly weather hasn't been the greatest for swimming , which is my everyday activity, and I would just keep a gallon of water by the pool and sip all day till it was gone.I also let the carb monster get to me I ate a brownie, and I am not liking myself for it! It just tasted so good and I didnt even dump I had a feeling I wouldnt.I hope tomorrow I can get back on track again Being locked up in the house with 5 kids (3) mine and (2) stepkids visiting isnt helping me!!!!! I am off to the track to do my walking Have a nice evening everyone, stay healthy! Hugz Mary

The dietitian I see recommends 48-64 oz. of decaffeinated fluids every day. As for me, I drink a lot of decaf iced tea (because I don't much care for plain ol' water, either), but there is a lot of variety out there with Crystal Light, Carb Options, and other SF drinks. I totally avoid soda, though. It's allowed on my eating plan after three months, but my pouch just doesn't like carbonation. And that's OK with me, because I was once a Diet Coke addict. Here's how I get my liquids in: AM - 1 Atkins pre-made protein drink (11 oz.) AM & before lunch - 18 oz. decaf iced tea After lunch & before 4 PM - 18 oz. decaf iced tea Before and after supper - 12 oz. decaf iced tea or water If I added correctly, that's 59 oz./day. HTH, and good luck! Hugs, -Marcie
