Several mentioned on earlier post that they now are lactose intolerant since surgery...

What type of WLS Surgery did you have? Is that the common denominator?
I had open RNY and my gallbladder removed at the same time.
Hi Sugarplum, I also had open rny and my Gall Bladder removed and I dont have any problems with milk, dairy at all, I am sorry your having a problem, But I have to tell ya again your looking great!

I had open RNY but no gallbladder surgery and I am lactose intolerant. I do ok with cheese and sour cream stuff like that but milk just makes me sick! I cant eat ice cream, but I do ok with half and half. I dont what it is? And Martha you do look Fabulous!!!
