All day Totals Cal 549 Fat 13 carbs 11 Protein 89 I did not have carb souloutions I had what is called designer protein which I had to change the carbs it only has 2 carbs in it not the 5 that carb soulations has. I found that the protein at 7:30 at night helps me to sllep at night and not get those midnight to 2:00 am munchies. I am trying to lose more weight this week..... You all have a great day. Hope this will help some of you. Sarah T

Sarah, Out here, our doc's have us onlyeat three 4 oz. meals a day no snacking between meals. He wants us eat real protien rich foods not stay addicted to the protien drinks or bars. It works i have lost 82 lbs my surgury was 3/15/04. What you are doing is great, but try to cut out some of the snacks and your weight will even drop quicker. Marilyn, the bearlady

Sounds like you are doing great. Thank goodness I never was hungry in the middle of the night...never heard of munchies midnight to 2am. Keep up the good work. My doc too says no snacks - but I have a fruit or yogurt sometimes. Louise -58

Hi Sarah, thanks for sharing this with us -- really helps me to see what other people are eating at this stage. But are you getting any fiber in? I don't see any reference to fruits or veggies -- how are you staying regular if this is the way you're eating? Sorry to have to ask but this issue has become pretty serious for me and I am SOOOO CONFUSED about how to eat in order to get in all my protein AND get enough fiber into my diet so that I can maintain regularity -- which I have not been able to do since surgery. Thanks! Maureen
