breakfast ------- protein drink 90 cal. 2 fat 2 carbs 18 protein morning snack--------- Ham 57 Cal. 4 fat 0 carb 6 protein Lunch -------- Taco 61 Cal. 3 fat 0 carbs 3 protein afternoon snack ------- Pistachios 161 cal. 13 fat 8 carbs 4:00pm protein drink 7:00 PM protein drink 96 oz. of water maybe I drank a little more because of my 2 mile bike ride...... Total Fat 29 Total Cal. 671 Total Carbs 25 Total Protein 80 Some of the girls ask what I eat so I will post a few days of food fo r you all.. MY weight started at 235 I now weigh 171 a loss of 64 pounds since 3/11/04 that is 4 months ago.... I hope this will help someone...

Hi Sarah: Thanks for posting this. I am 4 months post op today. I've gone from 231 to 173, and from a size 20 to a size 14. I am 23 pounds from goal. I eat and drink well but could not take in the amount of fluids you do. I am impressed. Louise
