Milestones.......What are yours??

Hi all, This week I hit a goal I made when I started to exercise. I write it on my calender and that has been really great to see the improvement. Well I have been walking on the treadmill everyday that I don't work. I started at 18 mins. oh boy....Now I can do 45 mins. and I walked 2.25 miles. This just makes me smile. I know I have made a commitment to a better lifestyle. There are days when I drag my butt and I don't feel like it. I have gotten on that dang treadmill at 10 pm just to get my time in lol. Don't give up. Don't give yourself excuses. Push yourself to do what you need to do. You will smile when you reach the small goals you make for yourself. Keep writing about your progress. Hi Shelly, Thanks for the inspiring post. I am trying to work up to 45 mins on my ellipical trainer. It is gonna take a bit of time but little by little getting there. I have not done any exercise today but guess what your post provoked me to! How much have you lost? What are your stats? Do you feel that exercise has helped you loose weight faster, feel better overall and tighten up loose skin etc? Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sue
