I started at 216, highest weight was 225 clothes size starting was 18-22. I now weigh 145 and am in a size 6-8. I had the RNY, micro pouch. I dont eat anything to high in fat or sugar it makes me dump bad, pretty much anything with more than 5 gms of sugar per serving makes me sick. here is a regular day for me breakfast-2 eggs and a half a piece of toast mid morning snack-some sort of fruit(I eat A LOT of fruit) lunch-salad with mostly protien stuff, eggs, cheese, bacon bits, shrimp mid afternoon snack-fruit dinner-first priority is my protein, so chicken breast or something like that, mostly I will finish my huge salad that I make for lunch LOL I dont eat anything that contributed to me being fat before the surgery, so no chips, no candy, no soda. I do eat cookies but they are the Murrays brand sugar free fat free cookies and I only eat 1 or 2. Anything else and like I said I dump really bad off of fat and sugar so I am really to scared to even try to eat something I liked before. I lived off of Pepsi before the surgery, but I tried a diet rite(that no sodium, no carb whatever soda) and the carbonation was bad for me and it didnt taste that great so I just dont drink soda period. I walk 3 miles 3 times a week if I can and thats about the only exercise that I do. I am getting a dog in 2 weeks so that will really help with the walking bit. I take my mulit-vitamin plus a super B-Complex every day. My hair and nails are growing like crazy(knock on wood). I have so far lost 73 pounds so all in all this has been a very positive experience for me! ~Nicole

Hi Nicole, thanks for inspiring us all! Are you very short? You started at 216 which is not that much to weigh....so thinking you must be very short to need to loose 100 pounds or so. Are you enjoying your time with your hubby? Oh what kind of b complex are you taking? is it a capsule or regular pill? thanks! sue

Hi, I am only 4'11. Hubby is wonderful and it is sooo wonderful to have him home! The B-complex that i'm taking is a regular pill and its not to big! Nicole
