Why is it taking soo loong to lose this weight? Please help !!

I will be 4 months out on the 23rd and havnet lost anything for awhile. I haveonly lost 30 pounds so far. I feel I am behind all the other Marchers on this matter. How can I speed this process?I refuse to belive this is the only amount I glong to lose.

lets see- today I ate 3 oz of tuna in water with 2 celery stalks nectur protein drink tender chicken chunks with carrots lots of water handful of raw walnuts 2strawberrys a couple of little cheddar fish and for dinner a small roasted porkchop with a small salad. Would adding more protein help?

What does surgeon say? Did you have gastric bypass or lapband? Are you getting in enough food every day? Do you tend to have lots of "carbaholic" days? Sue

Hi Sharon: Weight loss depends on caloric intake and energy output -3500 cal. is a pound lost. I suggest you weigh and measure your foods and then keep your calorie count to under 1000. Without keeping track it is very easy to go over your daily calorie allotment. You can keep your own journal or go to fitday.com and post it there. That is how I do it and it works for me.
