Why is it taking soo loong to lose this weight? Please help !!

Weight loss depends on caloric intake and energy output -3500 cal. is a pound lost.
I suggest you weigh and measure your foods and then keep your calorie count to under 1000.
Without keeping track it is very easy to go over your daily calorie allotment.
You can keep your own journal or go to fitday.com and post it there.
That is how I do it and it works for me.
