Just returned from Las Vegas my update
Hello all I am home now I left about 200.00
in vegas bad me... I also left 3
pounds in vegas. Before surgery I would of brought 10 pounds
home with me. I weighed 235 before surgery I weigh 171 now and my goal is 124 so I have lost 64 pounds
and have 47 pounds
to go. I really enjoyed going to vegas , The strip is very long so we went for a walk from our motel and back my husband and I
walked 7 miles
Well, thats it for now I have been busy in my flower garden I weeded it yesterday then dug it up so the soil would turn, done laundry helped mow and then watered the lawn. Today I am cleaning the patio,driveway and front pourch. Then I will water the flowers and the lawn. You all have a great day I have missed you all. Sarah T

Sarah,
Way to go with the three pound loss while on vacation, that is not easy to do even after WLS. Only 47 pounds to go, that is so super, I can't wait til I get that close, I have 61 more to go to reach my goal of 127.
As far as the 200 goes, look at it like this at least it wasn't 2000.00!!
Have a great time gardening, I love gardening now that I can squat down and bend over without feeling like I am going to pass out from lack of oxygen.

I have a protein drink for breakfast then when I feel hungry I have a meat sausage, bacon ext. or an egg. I eat pistichos as a snack , if I get despert I have a sf popsicle for lunch I eat a meat mostley any lunch type meat or cheese with 3 cherries , 3 grapes or 5 smal squares of watermelon snack I have 2 or three small squares grahm crackers dinner I have a meat mostley I have to stick with ground beef lean as I can get it, I make taco meat, chili, ext. I also make a mean spegitti sauce and boil or microwave shreaded cabbage but not all the way done and drain then add the spegitti sauce over it and eat that. Here are foods I eat only once every two months, bread, pastas,potatoes, I try not to eat any flour,sugar,or sweets of any kind. I also ride a bike three miles a day, I work outside every day, clean house every day and also go on short walks and go swimming when I can . I take grandchildren skateing at least once a month or to the park ext. I get in loads of exercise
