Beening that we are 3 mos. out. Can you eat a whole Atkin Bar? I get full at the end but am able to eat it. Was not sure if that is to much at one feeding?

Whats normal? I just do not know. My doc said I would be eating 1/2 c now. The atkin bars are very dense and they fill me up I am just wondering if that is to much. Who knows.
I've found at times I can eat like 'old times' or at least it feels like it but then at other times I can't eat diddle. Just this morning I had a hash brown thingy from McD's and even then I shared it with the three cats and one dog that were begging at my feet and it was still too much. I thought since it was a soft food I would be O.K. but the last bite made a return visit. It's funny but I guess I would say that eating more at this stage is indeed normal but then that's just what's normal for me. Oh when I say that I eat a lot I'm talking in the range of 6-8 oz. but it really makes me feel like a pig.

At times I feel like I eat alot. I have lost 73 lbs so far and am feeling great!!! I just do not want to eat to much. I really want almost all of this weight off!!!
I would think that 6 - 8 oz's of food at this stage is still a bit much to be eating, this is from my experiences and everything my surgeon and nutritionist have explained to us. Eventuallyt hey say we will get to that point, but i guess each person is different. Mc donalds hash brown may not be the best choice of food at the time either, due to it being fried and all carbs, just a thought.
