calling all March 2004 post-ops
I had RNY surgery on March 22, 2004.
I'm currently down 130 pounds. I started at 478, so I'm about halfway to where I want to be.
On Friday, I made a crockpot of chicken in mushroom sauce, so I've had that for nearly every meal over the weekend.
Breakfast: 2 ounces Chicken
Lunch: 2 ounces Chicken
Snack: 1 ounce tomato
Dinner: 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
I also had 3 Nectar protein drinks during the day.

I had my surgery on 3/24/04 and as of 7/9/04, I've lost 59 lbs.
Yesterday, I had:
7 am - Nectar protein drink
10 am - 6 oz. yogurt
1 pm - 2 oz. tuna salad and 1/2 cup fruit salad
6 pm - 2 oz. chicken and 1/2 cup green beans
9 pm - SF popcicle
11 pm - Nectar protein drink
