Hey Misty!!!
My gosh I haven't seen you here in ages!!! Last I heard was months ago and you were back in the hospital. I hope you're all better now. Kimmer kept us up-to-date for a while, but now she's fallen off the face of the planet, along with many other Marchers.
Hope all is well in your world.
Happy thoughts,

Hi all,
I had my surgery on 3/16/04. Since then, I've lost exactly 61 pounds. I also lost 36 pounds prior to surgery so I'm down a total of 97 pounds. Yeahhhhh.
Breakfast - 6oz yogurt
snack - 1oz string cheese
lunch - 2 oz chicken salad
snack - protein drink
dinner - 2 oz chcken salad, 1/2 slice rye bread
Snack - 4 sugar free popsicles
I also had 6 glasses of water. I usually manage to get my minimum of protein but it is always a struggle to get my liquids.

367 when I first met my surgeon
331 on surgery day
270 on thursday when I met with my nutritionist

I had surgery on 3/17/04. I was 312 and I am now 226 that is 86 lbs! I was in a size 26 and I am now in a size 18 and some 16's. I had a water intolerance until about 2 weeks ago so drinking was a problem for me as nothing tasted good. I am still never hungry and have to remember to eat. That still makes me laugh! I still do not tolerate most of meats, potatoes, lactose and any breads except pita bread.
Let's see yesterday
B 1 packet oatmeal
S granola bar
L 1/2 protein bar and 1/2 an apple
s 4 lite wheat thins and handfull of peanuts (I was on a plane)
d 4 bites salad and 2 pieces gyro meat with cucumber sauce
s 1/2 protein bar
drinks 1 cup decaf coffee, 24 oz decaf iced tea with equal, 12 oz
water, 1/2 diet coke
I struggle with vitamins as I have never liked to take medicine on a regular basis. I do not like the protein shakes. I exercise at Curves 3 times a week and walk 3 times a week. I need to improve some things but I am plugging along!
Good luck and congradulations to all of you fellow Marchers!
