Hey Ya'll! Well, I started at 316 and as of last Friday (July 2nd) I weighed 238. So, that puts me down 78 pounds! YEEEHAW! I was a size 28 on my surgery date, which was also my birthday, and am now in between a size 22-24. I feel great!!!!!!
This is what I consumed today:
B - 8 oz SF carnation instant BF in skim milk
S - 1 small banana
L - almost all of a microwavable Chefboyardee micro ravioli meal
S - 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
D - 1 oz. baked pork chop, 1/4 c. stove top stuffing & 1 TBLSP fruit coctail
48 oz. water, 16 oz. unsweetened tea with splenda, 8 oz. coffee, 8 oz. skim milk, 8 oz. light orange juice, 10 oz. yoohoo drink throughout the day.
I don't feel like I am getting all my protein in, but I have just in the last week or so started being able to eat meats and keep them down. I can't do the protein shakes, except for the carnation. I have not thrown up since Saturday! Another YEEEEEHAW! I never really feel sick, food just gets stuck sometimes. Anyway, hope you are all doing well and keep up the good work guys! And chins up to the slow losers. I go in spurts. Stop weighing every day - I only weigh on Friday mornings. It makes me feel better and gives me something to look forward to. Some weeks I will only lose 3-4 pounds. Other weeks its more. Just always remember - YOU ARE LOSING!!!!! And you will reach your goal! Take care everyone!
