My surgery was 3/23/04 I started at 284 and have lost 73lbs.
What did I eat yesterday:
B-Tortilla pizza
s-sunflower seeds
L-Atkin protein bar
D-Tortilla pizza
S-Atkin Shake
Hi,
I started at 275 and am 214 now so that is -61#.
Yesterday I ate:
B 1/2 egg with cheese and 1 sausage
L Kids meal of 2.5 BBQ ribs and a few fries
S Protein shake, string cheese
snack: popcorn and watermelon
(I am addicted to popcorn and want to stop eating it so much but it doesn't put me over calories and it DOES have fiber that keeps me regular and I just love i****ermelon is great too)

Don't feel bad about losing slow. When I talked to my surgeon about being a slow loser, he said he didn't want me to compete with anyone, including myself, he said just follow what I and the nutritionist tell you and you will lose weight, maybe a little slower, but it will come off.
At the last support meeting I went to, they talked about everyone being different, the team does not even set a goal for us, they said that is just a number, and we have to do what is right for us, individually.
Take care and hang in there, and the weight will come off.
